We had choir practice all morning. Spring concert will be Jubilate Deo, composed by Dan Forrest. It's quite beautiful and unlike anything we've done before. It's also difficult especially when every movement is in a language foreign to our English speaking tongues. First movement is in Latin, second in Hebrew, third in Mandarin, fourth in Zulu, fifth in Spanish. The sixth and seventh are kind of a combination of all the preceding with a smattering of English thrown in. So far it's going well for me but Ellie is having knee surgery on Monday and we'll be staying home for a couple of weeks. No practice or church for those two weeks.
Lunch after choir at Pappadeaux. Ate too much and my gut is still rebelling. Don't think I'll be having dinner.
